Sponsorship Deadlines and Deliverables

Sponsor pass provides full access to:
Event Sponsor: provide easel sign for display. 24”wide by 36” high, mounted on foam core (provided by sponsor & given upon checkin to the FS-ISAC Conference Staff for display). FS-ISAC will market these sponsored events to attendees through email blasts prior to the event.
The Non-Exhibit Sponsorships listed below require the sponsor to pay the sponsor fee and any additional item/event costs. Event logistics will be coordinated directly between the sponsor and the hotel:

Attendee List
Company name and attendee title will be sent to all fully paid Bronze sponsors on October 8th. No electronic full attendee list will be provided. We will be providing a paper copy onsite including attendee name, company and email address.
Exhibit space
8 Foot table, 2 chairs & table drape. Booths are limited to table top exhibits only. Full pop up booths will not be allowed and will be required to be torn down.
Booth selection
All booths are assigned according to your registration date and sponsorship level. You will be contacted via e-mail after registration to select your booth space.
Raffle
Participation in the raffle is optional. No limit on value of prize. No individual raffles at sponsors booths. You may collect business cards at your booth and then choose the winner at the drawing or you may choose the winner from the vendor mixer card. Raffles will be drawn at the conference close. Track Session Stand Alone Slot: Spots are filled on a first come-first serve basis. Once the agenda is complete, the speaker will receive a speaker agreement form to confirm timeslot.
DEADLINE: July 20th for title and short session description, speaker name and title. Please return completed and signed Speaker Agreement form, current biography no later than October 1st to speakers@fsisac-summit.com. PPT Presentation needs to be emailed to speakers@fsisac-summit.com by October 10th. Once the agenda is complete, the speaker will receive a speaker agreement form to confirm timeslot.
