SET-UP Set-up will take place Monday, October 22 -12pm-4pm
BREAKDOWN Break-down will take place Wednesday, October 24 - 4pm-6pm

BOOTH SPACE INCLUDES
8 Foot table, 2 chairs and table cloth. Please be sure your booth does not exceed the space allotted. Pull up banners, table top displays and logo table covers are fine.
We will not be doing a Lead Retrieval System this year.
All booths are assigned according to your registration date withing your sponsorship level. You will be contacted via e-mail after registration to select your booth space.
EXHIBITOR BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION
It is imperative that you pre-register your onsite staff for this event. Questions with registering staff can be directed to email@example.com
Onsite Sponsor Representatives must be registered online here.
Modifications/Substitutions to Onsite Sponsor Representatives can be made up until October 1st, 2012.
Passes provide your staff full access to all meals, sessions, receptions and hospitality events open to your sponsorship level.
The golf event if a deliverable for Platinum Level sponsors.

Do you provide the attendee list in advance? Company name and attendee title will be sent to all fully paid sponsors on October 8th.
What is the dress code for event? Business Casual
Is there a raffle? Each sponsor provides his/her own raffle prize. Participation in the raffle is optional. No limit on value of prize. No individual raffles at sponsors booths. Raffles will be drawn at the conference close. Email email@example.com to register your raffle.
Sponsor Mixer Card: We will be doing a sponsor mixer card raffle as well. These prizes will be provided by FS-ISAC. The mixer card will have 30 spots for sponsor stickers. These stickers will be provided to every sponsor with a table in the exhibit hall. The attendees can get any 30 stickers and will return their completed card to the registration desk to be included in the drawing. There is nothing you need to do to be included in this card, every table in the sponsor hall is eligible.
Is there a lead retrieval system? We will not be doing a Lead Retrieval System this year.
Can I purchase additional sponsor passes? Additional Sponsor Passes may be purchased by purchasing an additional sponsorship. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
