Member Solicitation
Our members have requested that their names not be added to e-mail blast/mass marketing distribution lists. Violators of this policy will be invoiced a $2,000 fee per blast.
Individual, customized outreach efforts into attendees is permitted. We request that you carefully consider the executive level of the attendee in your outreach efforts .
Prior to the conference we provide company name and attendee title for staffing purposes. The attendee list will be provided on-site in paper form and includes company name, attendee name, title and email address. Please note an electronic version will not be provided. This important change was made due to the high volume of email blast violations. Please contact sponsors@fsisac-summit.com with any questions or concerns about this policy.
Registering Sponsors Representatives
Onsite Sponsor Representatives must be registered online here.
Sponsors receive only the amount of Conference passes allotted to the appropriate Sponsorship level. The only way to obtain an additional Onsite Sponsor Pass is to purchase a Non-Exhibit sponsorship.
Modifications/Substitutions to Onsite Sponsor Representatives can be made up until October 1, 2012.
Sponsor Events During Conference
All sponsor events must be approved in advance. Sponsors are welcome to partner with the Conference on specific defined events (see the Sponsorship Opportunities link for Non-Exhibit options) and/or request events outside of the official Conference functions (such as immediately prior to or after the Conference, etc.). Please contact Robin Fantin at rfantin@fsisac.us to request approval. If there are any unapproved Sponsor Events held before, during, or after any part of the Conference the sponsor will be invoiced for the appropriate sponsorship level posted on the prospectus.
Golf Tournament (Open to All Attendees and Platinum Sponsors)
Sunday, October 21st FS-ISAC and Pricewaterhouse Coopers are hosting an 18-hole golf tournament at the Lansdowne Resort on course RTJ II, starting at 12pm. Tee times will be staggered by teams of 4 and will play at best ball. Play includes a cart and clubs are available to rent from the Lansdowne Proshop. A box lunch will be served in each cart at the start of play.

RTJ II and Norman Course: (rates include cart and driving range)
Monday - Thursday: $125.00 per person
Friday - Sunday: $140.00 per person
